- 0.5 Cups coconut milk
- 0.33 Cups lime juice
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) lime zest, grated
- 3 Whole garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) fresh ginger root, minced
- 1 Whole fresh red chile pepper, minced
- 4 Whole green onions, minced
- 0.5 Teaspoons (tsp) salt
Steps
