  • 0.5 Cups coconut milk
  • 0.33 Cups lime juice
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) lime zest, grated
  • 3 Whole garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) fresh ginger root, minced
  • 1 Whole fresh red chile pepper, minced
  • 4 Whole green onions, minced
  • 0.5 Teaspoons (tsp) salt

Steps
