  • 0.75 Cups butter, melted
  • 1 Whole onion, minced
  • 4 Stalks celery, minced
  • 2 Teaspoons (tsp) poultry seasoning
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 Pinch pepper, to taste
  • 1 Cup chicken broth
