  • 4 Whole plums, divided
  • 0.5 Cups (c) orange juice
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) brown sugar, packed
  • 0.5 Teaspoons (tsp) cinnamon, ground
  • 0.125 Teaspoons (tsp) nutmeg, ground
  • 0.125 Teaspoons (tsp) cumin, ground
  • 0.125 Teaspoons (tsp) cardamom, ground
  • 0.25 Cups (c) almonds, shredded

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Place the plums, cut-side up, in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
