Ingredients

  • 1 Cup HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 3 Ounces butter, melted
  • 5 8 Ounces PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, packaged
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons flour
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 Cup BREAKSTONE'S Sour Cream or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 4 Whole eggs
  • 1 21 Ounces can cherry pie filling (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F if using a silver 9-inch springform pan, or to 300°F if using a dark nonstick 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly onto the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, flour, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add the sour cream and mix well.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour the mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until the center is almost set. Run a knife or metal spatula around the rim of the pan to loosen the cake; cool before removing the rim of the pan.
  6. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Top with cherry pie filling before serving, if desired.
