- 2 Cups whole wheat flour
- 0.5 Cup brown sugar
- 2 Teaspoons baking soda

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
