  • 0.25 Cup lemon juice
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Sprig fresh rosemary, minced
  • 4 4 Ounces salmon fillets
  • 1 Pinch sea salt, to taste

Steps

  1. Whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and minced rosemary in a small bowl to create the marinade.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with sea salt. Place them in a shallow glass dish and pour the marinade over the top. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  3. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate to prevent sticking.
  4. Remove the salmon from the marinade, shaking off any excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Grill the salmon on the preheated grill for about 4 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque in the center and flakes easily with a fork.
