- 0.5 Cups (cup) butter, melted
- 4 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Pound (lb) bay scallops
- 1 Pound (lb) medium shrimp, peeled
- 8 Ounces (oz) jar clam juice
- 0.33 Cups (cup) sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 0.25 Cups (cup) fresh parsley, torn
- 2.5 Teaspoons (tsp) lemon zest, zested
- 0.25 Teaspoons (tsp) salt
- 0.25 Teaspoons (tsp) crushed red pepper flakes
Steps
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the linguine pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
