- 0.5 Cups onion, minced
- 4 0.5-Inch thick pork chops
- 0.5 Teaspoons (tsp) salt

- 2 Whole apples, peeled
- 0.75 Cups hot water
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) brown sugar
- 0.5 Teaspoons (tsp) mustard, ground
- 0.125 Teaspoons (tsp) cloves, ground
Steps
