Ingredients
- 1 Serving Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray, packaged
- 3 Cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
- 0.75 Cups butter, divided
- 1 14 Ounces (oz) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk, packaged
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) vanilla extract
- 2 Cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup sugar
- 0.5 Cups heavy cream, divided
- 1.5 Cups marshmallow cream, packaged
- 1 Cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter, divided
- 1.5 Cups salted peanuts, minced
- 1 14 Ounces (oz) package caramels, packaged
- 0.25 Cup butterscotch chips
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 13x9-inch baking pan with Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips and 0.5 cups of butter, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and add the Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk and vanilla extract. Stir in the Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour. Spread the mixture in the prepared pan and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until set. Allow to cool.
- In another medium saucepan, melt 0.25 cups of butter over medium-high heat. Stir in the sugar and 0.25 cups of heavy cream. Boil for 5 minutes, then remove from heat. Stir in the marshmallow cream, 0.25 cups of Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter, and salted peanuts. Spread evenly over the baked layer and let cool.
- In a small saucepan, cook the caramels and 0.25 cups of heavy cream over low heat, stirring until the caramels are melted. Spread this mixture over the marshmallow layer and cool until set.
- Combine 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and 0.75 cups of Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter in a small saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until melted. Spread over the caramel layer. Chill for 30 minutes or until set.
