  • 0.67 Cups (cup) half-and-half
  • 1 29 Ounces (oz) pumpkin, pureed
  • 1 Recipe pastry for a 9-inch single crust pie

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
  2. Brown the pie crust ahead of time and allow it to cool.
