  • 0.5 Medium avocado, mashed
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) vanilla extract
  • 1 15 Ounces (oz) can black beans, drained
  • 0.5 Cups brown sugar
  • 0.33 Cups unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • 0.5 Cups miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, mashed avocado, and vanilla extract. Add the black beans and purée with an immersion blender until the beans are mashed and the batter is smooth.
