  • 4 - Whole eggs
  • 1 - Cup butter, softened
  • 8 - Ounces (oz) semisweet chocolate
  • 2 - Cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 - Cup smooth peanut butter
  • 0.33 - Cup heavy whipping cream

Steps

  1. Melt 6 ounces of semisweet chocolate and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with 0.75 cups of butter, the melted chocolate, and confectioners' sugar for a full 5 minutes until the mixture is thick and smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the peanut butter, 0.25 cups of butter, and heavy whipping cream until well combined.
  4. Spoon the chocolate filling into the prepared crust. Swirl the peanut butter filling into the chocolate filling to create a marbled effect.
  5. Melt the remaining 2 ounces of semisweet chocolate and drizzle it over the top of the pie.
  6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
