  • 4 Pounds (lb) chicken wings
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 Pinch pepper, to taste
  • 4 Cups vegetable oil
  • 0.25 Cups butter, melted
  • 2 Teaspoons (tsp) hot pepper sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) distilled white vinegar

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep-fat fryer or large heavy pot to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
