- 1 Pinch salt, to taste

- 4 Cups vegetable oil
- 0.25 Cups butter, melted
- 2 Teaspoons (tsp) hot pepper sauce
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) distilled white vinegar
Steps
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep-fat fryer or large heavy pot to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Cut off the tips of the chicken wings and separate each wing at the joint. Season with salt and pepper.
