- 4 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Pinch crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
- 0.33 Cups (cups) fresh parsley, chopped
- 0.5 Cups (cups) Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 Pinch salt, to taste
- 1 Pinch pepper, to taste
Steps
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the rotini pasta in boiling water until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
