- 0.25 Cups Asian fish sauce
- 3 Tablespoons (tbsp) Chinese oyster sauce
- 4 Green onions, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) cilantro leaves, torn (Optional)
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) sesame seeds, toasted (Optional)
Steps
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Once hot, add the minced ginger and minced chiles. Stir and cook until the ginger is fragrant, about 30 seconds.
