- 2 16 Ounces (oz) pork tenderloins, marinated
- 3 Tablespoons (tbsp) soy sauce
- 1.5 Teaspoons (tsp) sugar
- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) sesame oil
- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) smooth natural peanut butter
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) curry powder
- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) fresh ginger, minced
- 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) salt
Steps
- Place the pork tenderloins in a large resealable plastic bag.
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, peanut butter, garlic, curry powder, ginger, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the marinade over the tenderloins in the bag, press the air out, seal, and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat.
- Pat any excess marinade from the pork with a paper towel and let it sit at room temperature while the grill heats.
- Lightly oil the grill grate.
- Grill the pork for 3 minutes on each side (on all four sides) for a total of 12 to 15 minutes, until the pork is no longer pink inside and reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (65 degrees C).
- Remove from the grill and cover the meat loosely with a foil tent. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
