- 4 Large eggs, whisked
- 28 Ounces (oz) chicken broth
- 2 Teaspoons (tsp) sage, ground
- 2 Teaspoons (tsp) thyme, ground
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) garlic powder
- 1 Pinch salt, to taste
- 1 Pinch pepper, to taste
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the mushrooms, celery, and onions until softened.
- Dampen the French bread cubes with water, then squeeze out any excess moisture.
