  • 0.25 Cups red onion, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons dill pickle relish, drained
  • 1 Whole hard-cooked egg, minced
  • 1 Large jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 0.25 Cups mayonnaise
  • 0.5 Cups pepperjack cheese, shredded
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
