Ingredients

  • 0.25 Cups (cup) soy sauce
  • 0.25 Cups (cup) brown sugar, packed
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) sherry
  • 1.5 Teaspoons (tsp) minced onion, dried
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) cinnamon, ground
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) olive oil
  • 1 Pinch garlic powder
  • 2 0.75 Pounds (lb) pork tenderloins

Steps

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, dried minced onion, cinnamon, olive oil, and garlic powder. Seal the bag and shake to mix the marinade thoroughly.
  2. Add the pork tenderloins to the bag, seal, and refrigerate for 6 to 12 hours to marinate.
  3. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  4. Lightly oil the grill grate. Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Place the tenderloins on the grill and cook for 20 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  6. Slice the tenderloins into medallions and serve. Enjoy your sweet and savory marinated pork tenderloin!
