- 4 Tablespoons margarine, melted
- 6 Cups butternut squash, peeled
- 6 Tablespoons onion, minced
- 3 Cups water
- 4 Cubes chicken bouillon
- 0.5 Teaspoons marjoram, ground
- 0.25 Teaspoons black pepper, ground
- 0.125 Teaspoons cayenne pepper, ground
- 2 8 Ounces cream cheese, packaged
Steps
- Melt margarine in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add onion and sauté until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add butternut squash, water, bouillon, marjoram, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
