- 2 Whole leeks, minced
- 1 Whole onion, minced
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- 0.75 Cups potatoes, sliced
- 2.33 Cups chicken stock

- 1 Pinch ground black pepper, to taste
- 1.125 Cups heavy whipping cream
Steps
