- 0.5 Cup dry white wine
- 4 Cups vegetable broth, warmed

- 4 Ounces morel mushrooms, sliced
- 0.5 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) unsalted butter
- 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) kosher salt
- 0.25 Teaspoon (tsp) black pepper, ground
