- 2 Whole green onions, divided
- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) vegetable oil
- 1 Whole head napa cabbage, torn
- 2 Cups chicken broth, low-sodium
- 2 Cups water
- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) soy sauce

- In a bowl, mix the ground pork, egg, cornstarch, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, ginger, MSG (if using), salt, and half of the divided green onions. Use your hands to combine until evenly mixed. Set aside.
