  • 1 Cup onion, minced
  • 1.5 Cups celery, minced
  • 9 Cups soft bread cubes

  • 1 4.5 Ounces (oz) can mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Whole egg, whisked
  • 1 Cup chicken stock
