  • 5.5 Cups garlic powder
  • 4 Cups white sugar
  • 4 Cups cayenne pepper
  • 2 Cups dried thyme leaves
  • 2 Cups black pepper, ground
  • 1.5 Cups allspice
  • 1 Cup cinnamon, ground
  • 1 Cup chipotle chile powder
  • 0.5 Cup cloves, ground
