  • 0.5 Cups (cup) butter, melted
  • 2 Pounds (lb) large shrimp, peeled
  • 0.25 Cups (cup) Old Bay Seasoning™
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) lemon juice

Steps

  1. Place the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 15 to 30 seconds until melted. Add Old Bay seasoning and lemon juice, stirring well to combine.
  2. Coat a microwave-safe pan with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the pan. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the shrimp.
  3. Cook in the microwave on high power for 6 minutes. After 2 minutes, pause the microwave and rearrange the shrimp, moving those from the center to the outside and vice versa. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
  4. Pause the microwave again after 4 minutes, rearrange the shrimp once more, and cook for the remaining 2 minutes until the shrimp turn pink.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite cocktail sauce. Enjoy!
