- 1 Pound (lb) medium shrimp, peeled
- 1 Cup fresh lime juice
- 10 Whole plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 Large yellow onion, minced
- 1 Whole jalapeño pepper, minced
- 2 Whole avocados, diced
- 2 Ribs celery, diced

- 1 Pinch salt, to taste
- 1 Pinch pepper, to taste
