- 0.5 Cup fresh parsley, minced
- 4 Cups chicken stock
- 2 Large eggs, whisked

- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- Make the cornbread: In a small bowl, combine the cornbread mix, milk, and egg. Stir until well blended and pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
