  • 4 - Slices bacon
  • 0.5 - Cups butter, divided
  • 1 - Teaspoon OLD BAY® Seasoning

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to broil at 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).
  2. Season the filet mignons with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Wrap each filet with a slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick. Place the filets on a broiling pan.

  4. While the filets are cooking, melt 1/4 cup of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add 1/2 teaspoon of Old Bay® seasoning and stir in the minced lobster meat. Cook until the lobster is done.
  5. Spoon the cooked lobster meat over the broiled filets and return them to the broiler until the lobster begins to brown.
  6. In a small saucepan, heat the remaining 1/4 cup of butter over medium-high heat until it turns a hazelnut brown color.
  7. To serve, drizzle the browned butter over the steaks and sprinkle with the remaining Old Bay® seasoning. Enjoy your Lobster Colorado!
