- 6 Whole eggs, separated
- 1.5 Cups white sugar
- 3.5 Cups almonds, ground
- 3 Teaspoons almond extract

- Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Prepare a 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan by lining the bottom with waxed paper or parchment paper, and grease the paper.
