At easyChef Pro, we strive to provide you with exceptional digital recipe content that enhances your cooking experience. Since our products are available via instant download, we have a strict but fair return policy to ensure transparency and protect both our customers and our intellectual property.

🔁 Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a recipe or downloadable item has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds, except under the following circumstances:

✅ Eligible for Refund (within 7 days of purchase)

  • You were charged multiple times for the same item.

  • You received a corrupted or non-functional file that cannot be accessed or used as intended.

  • You mistakenly purchased the same recipe multiple times and can provide proof of duplication.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.

  • You assumed the product included ingredients or physical goods.

  • You downloaded the product and no longer want it.

  • You did not read the product description or details prior to purchase.

  • You believed the product would function in a different way without contacting support.

🧾 How to Request a Refund (if eligible)

If your situation meets one of the eligible criteria, please email our support team at Letscook@easychefpro.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include:

  • Your full name and email address used for the purchase.

  • Your order confirmation number.

  • A detailed explanation of the issue.

  • Any screenshots or attachments that demonstrate the problem.

We will respond within 2 business days and notify you of the outcome of your request.

📲 In-App Purchases

Purchases made through the easyChef Pro mobile app are subject to the app store’s policies:

  • Apple App Store: Refund requests must be submitted via your Apple ID > Purchase History.

  • Google Play Store: Refunds must be requested through the Google Play refund process.

We have limited ability to process refunds made through third-party app stores, so please follow their official channels.
