- 0.33 Cups butter, softened
- 2 Teaspoons almond extract
- 6 Ounces cream cheese
- 2 Cups Make Ahead Cookie Mix
- 1 Whole egg, separated
- 0.25 Cups sliced almonds
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, mix the white sugar and almond extract, then set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine the softened butter, cream cheese, and egg yolk. Stir in the Make Ahead Cookie Mix until well blended.
