  • 3 Cups rolled oats
  • 1.67 Cups butterscotch chips

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
