- 0.33 Cups (cup) sweet red bell pepper, minced
- 0.5 Cups (cup) canned whole kernel corn, drained
- 1.5 Tablespoons (tbsp) fresh lime juice
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) cilantro, torn
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) dried oregano
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) chipotle chile peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) sea salt
- 0.5 Cups (cup) half-and-half

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add linguine and cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, combine shrimp and crab boil seasoning. Fill with water to 1 inch above the shrimp and bring to a boil over high heat. Boil for 3 minutes until shrimp turn pink, then drain.
