  • 1 Cup green bell pepper, minced
  • 1 Pound (lb) lean ground beef
  • 16 Ounces (oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 4.5 Ounces (oz) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) dried oregano, seasoned
  • 2 Cups mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 10.75 Ounces (oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.25 Cup water
  • 0.25 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the onion, green bell pepper, and ground beef until the beef is browned and the vegetables are softened. Add the diced tomatoes, mushrooms, and oregano. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
