Ingredients

  • 1 - 12 Ounces (oz) package egg noodles
  • 1 - 10.75 Ounces (oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 - Cups evaporated milk
  • 1 - 5 Ounces (oz) can tuna, drained
  • 3 - Cups American cheese, shredded
  • 0.33 - Cups onion, minced
  • 0.5 - Cups potato chips, crushed
  • 1 - Pinch paprika

Steps

  1. In a large pot with boiling salted water, cook the egg noodles until al dente. Drain the noodles and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup, evaporated milk, drained tuna, shredded American cheese, and minced onion. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 1.5-quart casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle the top with the crushed potato chips and a pinch of paprika.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 15 to 20 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
