  • 1 Clove garlic, minced

  • 2 Cups skim milk
  • 1 Cup chicken broth
  • 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 0.25 Teaspoons black pepper, ground
  • 0.5 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 16 Ounces fettuccine pasta, dry
  • 16 Ounces broccoli florets, packaged

Steps

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until tender.
