  • 0.5 Pound (lb) snow peas
  • 0.5 Cup carrot, sliced
  • 0.5 Cup chicken broth

Steps

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and cornstarch until the cornstarch is completely dissolved; set aside.
  2. Prepare a skillet with cooking spray and place it over medium heat. Drizzle in the sesame oil.
  3. Add the snow peas and carrots to the skillet; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the chicken broth over the vegetables. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to low; simmer until vegetables are slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce mixture; continue to stir-fry until the sauce has thickened. Serve immediately.
