  • 2 Bunches watercress, torn
  • 2.5 Cups (cups) watermelon, cubed
  • 2.5 Cups (cups) cantaloupe, cubed
  • 0.33 Cups (cups) toasted almonds, sliced
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 Pinch pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the lime juice, sugar, and minced ginger.
