Ingredients

  • 12 Large shrimp, peeled
  • 6 Ounces (oz) provolone cheese, sliced
  • 0.25 Cups green chile peppers, diced
  • 6 Slices bacon, divided
  • 0.25 Cups barbecue sauce

Steps

  1. Butterfly the shrimp by splitting them down the center, cutting almost completely through.
