Ingredients

  • 10 Ounces (oz) package frozen spinach, drained
  • 1 Cup onion, minced
  • 1 Cup red bell pepper, minced
  • 2 Whole garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.5 Cup sour cream
  • 0.5 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) cumin, ground
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste

Steps

  1. Squeeze the water out of the thawed spinach and place it into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the minced onion, red bell pepper, and garlic to the bowl.
  3. Stir in the sour cream, mayonnaise, and ground cumin until well combined.
  4. Season the mixture with salt to taste.
  5. Let the dip stand at room temperature for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  6. Stir the dip again before serving.
