  • 1 15 Ounces (oz) can yellow corn, drained
  • 1 15 Ounces (oz) can white corn, drained
  • 1 14.5 Ounces (oz) Italian-style diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 Bunch cilantro, minced
  • 5 Green onions, sliced
  • 1 Small red onion, minced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 0.25 Cups lime juice
  • 1 Whole avocado, diced
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) olive oil, to taste
