- 3 Tablespoons (tbsp) cornstarch
- 1.5 Cups water
- 1.5 Cups fresh blueberries
- 1.5 Tablespoons (tbsp) butter

- Prepare Baking Dish: Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place half of the bread cubes in the dish and top with 1.5 cups of blueberries. Scatter the cream cheese cubes over the berries and cover with the remaining bread cubes.
