- 1 Quart (qt) whole milk
- 1 Whole lemon, zested
- 2 Whole cinnamon sticks
- 4 Large eggs
- 0.5 Cup (cup) white sugar
- 0.5 Cup (cup) pisco
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Pour the milk into a saucepan along with the lemon zest and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to low, and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow to steep for 15 minutes.
