- 2 Teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 Teaspoons baking powder
- 0.5 Teaspoon cinnamon, ground

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pans.
- To make the streusel topping, mix 0.25 cups of cold butter, 0.5 cups flour, 0.25 cups brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and 0.5 cups oats in a bowl until crumbly. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream together 1.25 cups white sugar and 0.5 cups softened butter. Stir in the eggs.
