- 1 Whole egg
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) vanilla extract
- 1.25 Cups oats, rolled
- 0.5 Cups raisins, minced
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and grease cookie sheets.
- In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Set aside.
