  • 0.33 Cups white sugar
  • 0.33 Cups dark corn syrup
  • 1 Whole egg, separated
  • 1.25 Cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 Cups walnuts, minced
  • 1 Cups fruit jam, any flavor

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Stir in the corn syrup and egg yolk. Gradually stir in the flour until fully incorporated. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
