- 2 Cups pumpkin puree, pureed

- 2 Egg whites, whisked
- 0.75 Cup white sugar
- 0.5 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.5 Teaspoon ground ginger
- 0.5 Teaspoon ground cloves
- 0.5 Cup chopped walnuts, divided
- 0.5 Cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 Cup whipped cream, optional
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray or grease a 9x13 inch pan.
- Mix together the flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, and butter. Press the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a large deep metal bowl, whisk the egg whites until soft peaks form.
