Ingredients

  • 1 - 20 Ounces (oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 - 6 Ounces (oz) package pineapple Jell-O®
  • 1 - 12 Ounces (oz) container whipped cream cheese
  • 1 - 8 Ounces (oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 - 9 inch pie crust, baked

Steps

  1. Drain the juice from the crushed pineapple into a microwave-safe bowl and set the fruit aside. Warm the juice in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir in the pineapple Jell-O until dissolved and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the whipped cream cheese and thawed whipped topping until smooth. Mix in the crushed pineapple. Stir in the gelatin mixture until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the baked pie crust. Chill in the refrigerator until the filling is set, approximately 4 to 5 hours.
