Ingredients

  • 6 Whole bananas, sliced
  • 0.5 Cup light brown sugar
  • 0.5 Cup unsalted butter, divided
  • 0.5 Cup pecans, chopped
  • 0.5 Cup raisins
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) brandy

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly butter a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  2. Cover the bottom of the prepared casserole dish with half of the banana slices.
  3. Sprinkle the bananas with half of the brown sugar, butter pieces, pecans, and raisins.
  4. Form another layer with the remaining banana slices and repeat the layering with the remaining brown sugar, butter, pecans, and raisins.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle brandy over the top of the dish before serving. Enjoy!
